About Servd

Servd is an open marketplace for home services in Nigeria. We make it easy to find a private chef, a massage therapist or a cleaner in your state, book them online, and pay without worrying about losing your money.

How we work

• Independent providers. The chefs, therapists and cleaners on Servd work for themselves, not for us. They set their own packages and prices and choose the jobs they want.
• Checked before they appear. Every provider uploads a government ID and verifies a bank account in their own name, and our team reviews each application.
• Your money is held until the job is done. You pay through Paystack, we hold the payment, and the provider is paid after the job. If they decline or don't answer, you get it all back.
• State by state. We open one state at a time, once it has enough providers, so every state we open works properly.

Because providers are independent, you book at your own risk. Our safety tips help, and our refund rules explain exactly what happens to your money.
