Give someone a day off
Send a private chef for her birthday, a massage for your mum, or a deep clean for a friend with a new baby. Choose an amount or a package, add a message and send the link on WhatsApp. They choose the day.
Your money is held until the job is done
Paying a stranger up front is a risk. Paying cash on the day is a hassle. This sits in the middle.
Book and pay
Pick a package, a time and your address. Pay securely by card, transfer or USSD through Paystack.
Provider accepts
They have 24 hours to accept. If they decline or don't answer, you get a full refund automatically.
The job gets done
Message them on the booking to agree the details, and get their phone number once they accept. After the job, tap Confirm, or Report a problem and we hold the money while we sort it out.
Provider gets paid
Payment goes to the provider when you confirm, or automatically 48 hours after the job if nothing is reported.
An open marketplace, checked first
Servd is an open marketplace. The chefs, therapists and cleaners here are independent professionals who work for themselves, not Servd staff. You choose who to book, at your own risk.
What we do: nobody appears until we've seen their government ID, verified their bank account and approved their profile. Providers agree to a code of conduct, massage here is strictly non-sexual, and your money stays with us until the job is done.
