How Servd works

Servd connects you with checked private chefs, massage therapists and cleaners in your state. You pay online, and the money is held until the job is done.

For clients

  1. Choose your state and a provider

    Compare packages, prices and reviews from clients who booked.

  2. Book and pay

    Pick a time and your address and pay through Paystack by card, transfer or USSD.

  3. The provider accepts

    They have a set time to accept. If they decline or don't answer, you get a full refund automatically.

  4. Confirm, and they get paid

    After the job, confirm, or report a problem and the payment stays on hold while we sort it out.

For providers

  • Apply with a photo, government ID and a bank account in your name
  • Set your own packages and prices, and accept the jobs you want
  • Get paid to your bank after each job; Servd keeps 15% of your package price
  • Chefs get their ingredient budget as soon as they accept a booking
