Therapists agree to this before they are approved, and end any session where it is not respected
Breaking the rule, by a client or a therapist, gets the account removed

Questions

When does the provider get paid?

You pay when you book, and Servd holds the money. The provider is paid when you tap "Confirm" after the job, or automatically 48 hours after they mark the job done if you have not reported a problem.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, while it is still waiting for the provider to accept, with a full refund. After they accept, use "Report a problem" on the booking and our team will look at it with you.

What if something goes wrong with a job?

Tap "Report a problem" on the booking before the payment is released. The money stays on hold, and our team reviews what happened and decides whether to pay the provider, refund you, or split it. You can also message us from the Help page.

Can I book a provider from another state?

No. Each provider works only in their own state, so you will only see providers in the state you choose.

Can I book a cleaner or chef every week?

Yes. When you book, choose how often: daily, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, and how many visits. You pay for all the visits at once, many providers give a discount for repeat bookings, and each visit's payment is held until that visit is done. You can stop the plan any time: visits more than 48 hours away are refunded in full.
